Having completed the groundwork in establishing the team and a plan to participate in the competition we are looking for sponsorship funds to organise the logistics of team practice for the event so that we do Australia proud of their efforts there.

We have drafted a timetable to enable the group to meet as a team an develop recipes and have trial runs of what they may expect during the competition and have a budget of around $30000 in total to enable this to succeed. This is a small budget to cover Air Travel within Australia getting the team together, for accommodation during practice along with purchasing incidentals for use in the presentation of the teams’ efforts for judging, to purchase uniforms and for an extra 3 days accommodation in Italy prior to the competition to allow the team to adjust to Italian conditions.

A first place acknowledgement is awarded to each of the competition categories in addition to the overall competition places. Imagine what promotions could be done to further promote our Industry if the Australian Team achieved the success they are aiming for and for you to be able to say…."I was part of that"!
