Carolina Cookies

Extremely simple to make, these softeating cookies have the subtle flavour of chocolate and rolled oats. This quantity is suitable for a 20 litre bowl.

Make-up Procedure: Pipe or drop on to greased or silicone papered baking trays in 25mm diameter size.

Baking: 160°C for approx. 25 minutes.

Yield: Approx. 200 units.

Finished Instructions: When cool, sandwich together with a chocolate on WHITE FUDGE ICING.

Freezing: CAROLINA COOKIES are suitable for freezing in the baked condition.
