Cartwheel Crunchies

A daily sale cookie line. Easy to prepare, this recipe has an attractive appearance and a good eating quality to build a sound cookie sale for your business. This quantity is suitable for a 20 litre bowl.



Make-up Procedure:

Roll the dough to about 5mm in thickness and cut out with 7.5cm crimped cutter. Lay the pieces down and wash over with egg or milk. Sprinkle with or dip with 1A sugar and bake on lightly greased trays or silicone paper.

 

Baking: 200°C for 15 minutes.

Yield: Approx. 170 units.

Freezing: CARTWHEEL CRUNCHIES are suitable for freezing in unbaked condition.
