Chocolate Toffee Slices

Make-up Procedure: Press into silicone sheet lined double ended baking tray. Bake and cool in tray.

Baking: 180°C for 20 minutes.

Yield: One x71cm x 40cm standard double-ended baking tray.

Finishing Procedure: Turn out and glaze with chocolate or fondant and garnish as desired. Cut into required portions.
