Traditional Christmas Cake
Method:
1. Wash dried fruit from Group 2. Add rest of Group 2 and soak overnight 2. Place Group 1 in a mixing bowl. 3. Using a beater, mix on medium speed for 3 minutes. 4. Add Group 2 and mix through. 5. Scale at 55g in mini muffin tins 6. Bake at 180°C.

3. Using a beater, mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.
4. Add Group 2 and mix through.
5. Scale at 55g in mini muffin tins
6. Bake at 180°C.
Note: Insulate tin and tray where necessary.
