Mini Christmas Pudding

 Group Two

Method:

1. Place Group 2 in a bowl – allow to soak overnight.

2. Place Group 1 in a mixing bowl.

3. Using a beater, mix on medium speed for 3 minutes.

4. Add Group 2 and mix through.

5. Scale at 55g in mini muffin tins

6. Bake at 180°C.

Note: This recipe can also be used for traditional Christmas Puddings – bake accordingly.
